Pastries
Pastries should be avoided at the breakfast table because they contain:

Especially, most of them are made with white flour instead of whole grains and their nutritional value is little to non-existent. Fruit Juice
Many fruit juices such as apples, grapes, grapefruit and oranges are added sugar in processing. Instead of drinking fruit juices at breakfast, you’d better eat an actual whole fruit. The following breakfast drinks are acceptable: plain coffee, water and tea.
