A lot of people think that dieting is for people who want to lose weight and if you are really not overweight, you will not care it. Once we apply dieting, this  means that we will eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and cutting back on foods that have a lot of fat, salt, and


Eating more fresh fruit, vegetables will help you get the right balance of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. It will help you feel your best and have plenty of energy. It can help you handle stress better. In stead of eating a lot of meat, fast food, or food with many fat and sugar which are the enemy of heart disease, high blood pressure, some types of cancer, dieting is your best friend. The reason is that the components in vegatebles and fresh fruit as well whole grains will help your body to excret the poison in the body as well reduce the fat.

Avoid coffee as well sodas, drink a lot of water and fruit juice is really good. Remember to reducing salt in your food to maintain a lower blood pressure, besides dieting is really good if you combine with do exercise regulary will help you to have a health life.

There are some big mistakes that we often get when applying diet that you need to notice:

Eating too little:  This is really mistake, at least you need to eat three meals and at least two healthy snacks each day. Because your body need energy to work. Secondly you need to know that to have the best result dieting requires you patient. You cannot see the result immediately. For example: My mom is concluded fatty liver and the doctor advises her to diet by eating much fresh fruit, vegatable, fishes, whole grain such as : sweet potato, and avoid eating meat. After 5 months impliment these guides her liver is health. And until from that time she always carries out exactly  these guides and she is living healthy.

Relying on pills, sleeping too little, or skipping breakfast is really stupid. You need to have breakfast because it is really important, if you skip it, this can make you want to overeat and the result is worse. As well not enough sleep is sometimes the cause makes you overweight. Enough sleep will make you live health and keep your mind alert to work and continue with dieting plan. Never use pills for lose weight because we know that a natural, common sense approach is the most effective, safest, and longest-lasting strategy in losing weight.
