4. Avocado: avocado is rich in B-complex vitamins and essential oils and works like an anti-inflammatory agent. It also soothes skin that is red, irritated or blotchy.
5. Garden-fresh fruits and vegetables : In general, when summer recipes are this fresh and delicious, it’s easy to fill your diet with low-calorie, antioxidant-rich fruits, vegetables and herbs. Perfectly ripe peaches boast beta carotene, bursting-with-flavor blueberries are rich in vitamin C and fresh-picked corn is full of folate. If you eat as fresh as possible during your summer diet, you would keep your body staying fresh as well and no more stress about heat rashes.
