General characteristics: exclusion of products containing a lot of purines, oxalic acid, restriction of protein, fats and carbohydrates, sodium chloride, increasing the number of alkalify products and free liquid.

Chemical composition and caloric value: proteins – 70-80 g, fats – 80-90 g, carbohydrates – 400 g; caloric value – 2700-2800 kcal.

Featured products and dishes: bread from any flour of 1 st and 2 nd grade; any vegetarian soups, lean meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, all cereals, vegetables, fruits and berries in increased number – raw or in any cook processing; jellies, candy, jam, honey.

Excluded products and dishes: meat, fish and mushroom broth, sorrel soup, beans, liver, kidney, tongue, sausage, smoked, salted fish, salted cheese, beans, salted and pickled vegetables, chocolate, raspberry, cranberry, cocoa, strong tea and coffee, beef, mutton and cooking fats.
