How can you boost your energy, especially in this cold winter weather as long as not mention about drinking lost of coffee and fulling your stomach during your day.

4. Listen to music

It is not matter of eating or exercising, it also links to your soul and your mind. Refresh yourself with favorites music and sometimes, not too strict to refuse some up-to-date music. You will not feel gloomy or worked out after listening to music.
