Everyday fruits and its healing capability

They are apple, avocado, lemon, pear, pineapple, and strawberries which is familiar with your diet every day. Have a transect of those fruits and its wonderful healing capability.

1. Apple

The apple contains proteins, fats, hydrocarbons, cellulose, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, chloride, vitamins A, Bl, B2, B6, B3 and C (5%), among others.
